What is a printed escape room?

It is an immersive, tabletop game where you solve mysteries using tactile, physical artifacts, like an escape room in a box! You'll examine vintage photographs, decipher hidden codes, and handle realistic evidence directly at your dining table.

Is it a one-time use product?

A mystery is only a mystery once. However, the box contains 4 complete, separate stories, giving you four entire evenings of premium entertainment. Plus, absolutely no components need to be folded, cut, or destroyed, so you can easily repackage it and gift it to a friend after you're done!

Do I need to be a puzzle expert?

Not at all. Plot Twist is designed for casual gatherings and there is absolutely no pre-reading required. The challenges rely on observation and logic, ensuring everyone from beginners to enthusiasts can contribute. We’ve even included a dedicated bonus puzzle for children so the whole family is included!

Is there any setup or app required?

There is zero setup required. The experience is analog-first. Simply open a city file and play along with your guests. A light companion webpage is included for hints if you ever get stuck, but the core experience is wonderfully screen-free.

When will my pre-order ship?
